10:15am Load Buses, Leave for Katy Legacy Stadium

11:00am Arrive, Unload, Build

12:10pm Official Warm up

1:15pm PRELIMS PERFORMANCE

*After performance return to trucks, drop off props, reload instruments*

2:00pm Return to buses, change out of uniform, Box lunch

2:15pm Depart for Katy Mills Mall

2:30pm Free time at the mall

·         The free time at the mall is intended to get the students out of the sun and in some A/C for a short time before a potential finals performance. It is not intended as a shopping opportunity of a meal opportunity. A box lunch will be provided.

3:30pm Reload buses, return to stadium for prelims results

4:30pm Results announced

·         IF we qualify for Finals, our earliest performance time would be 7:45pm with a 6:40pm warm up. It’s possible we could perform as late as 9:45pm with an 8:40pm warm up. We will not know the detailed schedule for finals until after prelims results are announced. That information will be communicated as soon as it becomes available.

6:30pm Finals performances begin

·         We will stay to watch some of the finals performances even if we do not qualify. Students will be allowed to buy food at concessions. An estimated return to LCHS will be sent out in this case.
