Athletic Physicals

Please note, an athletic physical is required to participate in marching band. Please refer to CFISD’s policy and associated documentation at https://www.cfisd.net/Page/1635.
Onsite physicals at LCHS will take place 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. in the Main Gym.
